We are pleased to introduce the new quarterly ASQA Update, sharing strategic news and insights on quality and standards in VET, and ASQA’s role and regulatory approach.

The Annual Declaration on Compliance (ADC) 2024 is open until 29 February 2024 – ASQA has emailed the unique weblink of the online declaration to all CEOs of ASQA-regulated RTOs.

ASQA has approved an extended transition period for MSM31015 Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Service and Repair and MSM31115 Certificate III in Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing.

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) announced that Skills Ministers have agreed to progress changes to the current Standards in advance of the broader revisions to the Standards for RTOs. 

The ASQA 2024 RTO and ESOS obligations checklists will help training providers stay on top of reporting obligations. The ESOS obligations checklist is also suitable for ELICOS providers.

In our first edition of ASQA IQ of the new year, we continue our focus on pre-enrolment and enrolment practices.

The Annual Declaration on Compliance (ADC) 2024 will begin on 1 February 2024.

The ADC underpins a fundamental obligation of all providers to engage with the regulator and provide accurate information.

The 2024 ADC will be available on 1 February 2024 and must be submitted by 29 February 2024.
