Data and reporting

ASQA has determined that it will not take regulatory action against providers that are unable to submit their 2019 quality indicator data.

The declaration, which is a requirement for all providers, is due by 11.59pm on Thursday 30 April.

The annual declaration online form is available until midnight on 30 April 2020.

Every ASQA registered provider needs to stay on top of the basics of registration. Here is how you can keep track of some of your key obligations this year and the dates that they are due.

RTO obligation dates

Early next year, ASQA-registered RTOs will need to meet their mandatory annual data submission requirements.

RTOs must submit AVETMISS data for 2018 to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) by 28 February 2019.

 28 February 2019

RTOs must submit AVETMISS data for 2018 to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) in early 2019.
