You need to securely retain, and produce (if requested by us), completed student assessment items to demonstrate compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (the Standards). Transition period means, where a training product has been superseded, removed or deleted from the National Register, the allowable timeframe within which the student’s training, assessment, and AQF certification documentation issuance needs to be completed or, in the case of a superseded training product, within which the student is transitioned into the replacement training product.
Third party arrangements are an arrangement between a provider registered under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (NVR Act) and another entity to advertise, offer or deliver all or part of a Vocational Education and Training (VET) course.
