Standards for RTOs

Five things RTOs need to keep in mind when copying and sharing copyright content for educational purposes.

ASQA has today published an updated version of the users’ guide, which has been developed to reflect ASQA’s student-centred approach to audit.

From 1 January 2017, Clause 1.23 and 1.24 of the Standards for RTOs 2015 come into effect.

The updated guide provides information that can help course owners and developers to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance.

Additional clauses in the Standards for RTOs 2015 (the Standards) come into effect for all RTOs from 1 January 2016.

Compliance with the national Standards has increased, but more work needs to be done.

ASQA received a great number of questions at the information sessions held late last year.
