On 29 August 2018, following review by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), the AAT imposed the following conditions on the provider's registration:
- i. no addition to the Applicant's current Scopes of Registration until ASQA confirms the compliant implementation by Mondairs of its existing courses at a post-initial audit
- ii. the applicant is to retain either electronic or hard copies of completed Student Assessment Tasks for all courses on its Scope of Registration for an on-going period of 18 months from their date of completion
- iii. the applicant will monitor the course attendance of its overseas students in accordance with the requirements of Clauses 8.10-8.13 inclusive of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 and Annexure "A" to this agreement.
