The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) remitted the decision to ASQA for reconsideration and following reconsideration, ASQA decided to:

1. Grant, under the NVR Act s 17, the application for renewal of registration of the organisation as an RTO for a period of six years commencing on 10 April 2018
2. Impose the following condition on registration for the period of the renewal under s 29 of the NVR Act:
   
   1. The RTO must securely retain, and present to ASQA on request, copies of all completed student assessment items for each student (per the definition in ASQA's General Direction – Retention requirements for completed student  assessment items) and copies of the master assessment tools used for each assessment, for a period of 18 months from the date on which the judgement of competence for each relevant unit of competency is made.
   2. The RTO must securely retain, and present to ASQA on request, copies of all assessment validation and calibration reports (for which it has produced a deadline for completion for a minimum of 35 units of competency by September 2021), including all supporting documents relied on in producing those reports.
