Do I need to wait for any outstanding material change notifications to take effect before submitting the renewal application?

It’s important that your renewal is submitted regardless of any outstanding notifications. 

If an outstanding notification means you can’t attach required evidence (e.g. a person has been removed from the ownership structure and therefore no fit and proper person form can be attached), simply attach a copy of the material change summary or a document stating the material change application number to allow the form to progress.
