Updates to asqanet

We are making some improvements to asqanet. A new feature will change how stakeholders and students lodge complaints to ASQA, helping us better identify and target provider risk. There will also be changes to:
- logging in and managing accounts
- managing business names
- recording details of third-party arrangements
- the information we collect on forms.
RTOs will receive more details in the coming weeks as ASQA moves closer to implementing the changes. Keep an eye on emails and the ASQA website.
