ASQA’s online registration portal asqanet, and community space asqaconnect – will be unavailable from 5:00 pm AEDT Thursday 9 May 2024 for regular system maintenance.

ASQA’s online registration portal asqanet, and community space asqaconnect – will be unavailable from 6:00 pm AEDT Wednesday 13 December 2023 for regular system maintenance.

We are aware of issues with both the asqanet portal and asqaconnect in which users are receiving an error when trying to complete and submit forms. We are currently investigating the cause of this error, and will confirm once the issues have been resolved.

We will be conducting further maintenance on our online registration portal asqanet, and community space asqaconnect.

At ASQA we are always working to keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, as well as iterating on and improving our existing technologies to support the sector with a more efficient and effective user experience.

Communication and collaboration between us and providers is vital in ensuring a strong VET sector.

ASQA’s online registration portal asqanet is experiencing a temporary issue with retrieving invoices and other files. 

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date provider information is a requirement for training providers.

Accurate delivery location data is important to provide students with surety and understanding about how and where your courses can take place.

The latest version of asqanet has launched this morning.

On Monday 2 December, ASQA will be releasing a new version of our online portal system, asqanet.
