Legacy NSW Annual fees

If your RTO transitioned to ASQA from the former NSW regulator (VETAB) and is at 1 January 2016 still in a registration period that VETAB approved, ASQA will bill you for legacy annual fees in January 2016. These fees are based on your scope of registration as at 1 January 2016. Those fees are charged as follows:
| Zero to four qualifications/courses | $1,643 |
| 5–25 qualifications/courses | $2,277 |
| 26–50 qualifications/courses | $3,292 |
| 51–99 qualifications/courses | $3,807 |
| 100 or more qualifications/courses | $5,065 |
