Training providers and course owners will soon receive an invitation to participate in our 2022 Provider and Course Owner Survey. The email invitation will come from ORIMA Research, which is conducting the survey independently on our behalf.

We are continuing to co-design a model for self-assurance with the sector, and have now released the draft model.

A unanimous decision of 3 Federal Court judges has dismissed an appeal from ASQA’s decision to reject a renewal of registration.

The Federal Court has ordered a training provider to pay significant penalties for 11 contraventions of the NVR Act.
