To help us direct you to the information you need, please use this quick and easy enquiry tool.

Most enquiries can be resolved online by answering the questions in the tool, providing the quickest route to answer your question.

Please check the status of your training provider at training.gov.au. We may not be able to assist you if you do not know the name of your training provider.

As your training provider is in administration or liquidation, you need to contact the administrator or liquidator directly for a copy of your student records. 

We do not receive student record information until the provider status changes to cancelled, non-current or withdrawn.

Your student records may be with the Victorian Regulations and Qualification Authority (VRQA) or Training Accreditation Council Western Australia.

CRICOS lists all Australian education providers that are approved to teach overseas students and the courses that they offer. If you are a student visa holder, you can search for eligible courses and providers on the CRICOS website.

If you are in Australia on a different type of visa, you will need to check with the Department of Home Affairs as to whether your visa allows you to study in Australia. If it does, you can search for eligible courses and providers on the MySkills website.

1. Log in to asqanet, select User Management from the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
2. Pending Agent requests will be listed in the User Management section. To confirm an agent request, select Action Request.
