Providers applying for Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) registration must meet certain requirements. These requirements include:
- understanding the legislation that supports the delivery of CRICOS courses
- an ability to deliver high-quality training to overseas students
- being able to maintain your ongoing obligations as a CRICOS provider.
If you are CRICOS provider intending to place a hold on your registration during the COVID-19 outbreak, please be aware that you must fulfil your provider default obligations.
You will need to meet the requirements of the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Framework at all times.
You need to ensure that your students receive a high-quality training experience at each stage in the journey through their course.
