Submit and track your application
You can submit and track your application using our online asqanet portal.
First-time users need to create an asqanet account.
Complete the ‘Application for ESOS registration’ on the asqanet portal and upload your supporting documents.
You can't make any changes after you submit your application.

Fees
You need to pay a lodgement fee and an assessment fee to apply to become an ESOS provider.
ESOS fees and charges are in addition to any applicable RTO fees and charges.
Lodgement fee: |
You will be invoiced for the application fee when you submit your application. This fee needs to be paid in order for us to progress your application and undertake a preliminary review. |
Assessment fee: |
You will receive an assessment fee invoice when we have confirmed your application is complete. This needs to be paid before your application is assessed. |

Annual registration charge
If you are approved for ESOS registration and are not already a registered training provider, you will need to pay an annual registration fee.

You will also need to pay any Department of Education fees and charges.
