Change to third party agreements
You need to let us know when you enter into or end a third party agreement.
RTOs often work with other organisations (third parties) to deliver a range of services, including:
- marketing
- recruitment
- use of facilities and resources
- training and/or assessment.
These agreements are formalised in writing and are called a third party agreement. Read more about third party arrangements.
You can view all your recorded third party agreements on asqanet.
Notifying ASQA of these changes
Complete the ‘Add third party service arrangement form’ in asqanet to add a third party arrangement.
If you want to enter into an agreement with a non-RTO for a ‘VET course of concern’, you’ll need to complete the Request for approval of third party arrangements for VET courses of concern form before adding the agreement into asqanet.
When a third party arrangement ends, enter or update the end date in asqanet on the Third Party Service Arrangements screen available from the Organisation menu.
You need to tell us when you add or remove a third party arrangement as soon as possible.
RTOs have a maximum of 30 calendar days to tell us about this change.
Providers registered on CRICOS have a maximum of 10 business days to tell us about this change.
