Invoicing update

In December 2014, ASQA commenced issuing some CRICOS invoices through ASQAnet, allowing you to pay these bills via BPay.
Each RTO registration and each CRICOS registration has its own unique BPay Billing Reference, which is stated on each invoice. If, as a CRICOS customer, you use your RTO Billing Reference for a payment, the funds will be credited against your RTO account, leaving CRICOS bills still unpaid.
ASQA is able to transfer the funds to your CRICOS account, but this will delay the processing of your application until payments are matched to application invoices.
