Fees, charges and payments
ASQA is reviewing its fees and charges for the 2026/27 financial year.
Consultation is underway from 28 January 2026 to 27 February 2026.
You can view ASQA’s consultation paper and draft Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) here.
If you have a new equivalent qualification on your scope of registration as well as the superseded product, these products will only be counted once for the purpose of calculating fees and charges related to annual registration and renewal of registration. The superseded product will not add to the cost.
ASQA's fees reflect the cost of conducting regulatory activities for the vocational education and training (VET) sector. CRICOS providers and registered training organisations are subject to different standards and legislative frameworks. Differences between ASQA’s fees for CRICOS providers and RTOs reflect the relative complexity involved in performing the associated regulatory activities.
