Following AAT review, the parties reached an agreement as to the terms of a decision of the Tribunal.

ASQA's decision to remove designated qualifications and units of competency from the Applicant's scope of registration has been set aside and in substitution, the Applicant's Scope of Registration for all qualifications and units of competency is that currently displayed on the National Register.
