Poor quality training can affect students, industry, and the community. Feedback and complaints contribute to our ability to identify risks to quality in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. This kind of information also helps us to continually improve our own performance as the national VET regulator.

We encourage you to support quality providers by sharing your feedback or concerns. This section explains how to:
