We value the diverse experiences and contributions our employees bring to the workplace. Acknowledging and celebrating their diverse abilities and backgrounds helps us to create an inclusive and productive environment. We believe that embracing diversity enables us to build a positive culture and provide the best possible service to all of our stakeholders.

Our diversity program is supported by:

Reconciliation Action Plan

ASQA Reconciliation Action Plan

Our inaugural Reconciliation Action Plan 2020-2022 (RAP) was released in November 2020. The RAP provides a structured, nationally recognised model for us to formalise our commitment to reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians. The RAP enhances our ability to make valuable contributions to reconciliation in Australia and to foster a workforce that better reflects the diversity of the Australian community.

The unique artwork on our RAP is inspired by our journey, and was designed by De Greer-Yindimincarlie, a Wiradjuri woman from central western New South Wales, who celebrates her heritage through her design business, Yindi Artz.

Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2019–2022

The Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2019-2022 identifies our key priorities and the actions we take to embed a culture of diversity and inclusion. The Strategy demonstrates our commitment to cultivating a diverse workforce and encourages embracing diversity to provide better service to all our stakeholders.

Diversity champion

Our senior managers drive our commitment to diversity and inclusion and from this group we have appointed our first Diversity Champion. The role of the Diversity Champion promotes the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies, and supports an inclusive work culture as the chair of the Diversity Working Group.

Diversity Working Group

The Diversity Working Group, part of the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, empowers employees from all areas of our business to take ownership of diversity and inclusion initiatives and to support the delivery of actions identified in the Strategy.
