In our first edition of ASQA IQ of the new year, we continue our focus on pre-enrolment and enrolment practices.

The December 2023 edition of ASQA IQ – Integrity and Quality in Focus looks at the importance of pre-enrolment and enrolment practices.

ASQA IQ is now available and is intended to support provider understanding and explain how providers can continuously improve their practices and the outcomes for students.

The 2023 Provider and Course Owner Survey has been extended and is now open until midnight Sunday 18 June 2023.

Working under supervision is a great way for people with trade or vocational experience to take that first step in delivering training and assessment in the VET sector. 

The 2023 Provider and Course Owner Survey is open from Wednesday 24 May 2023 until midnight Tuesday 13 June 2023.

In line with our commitment to continuous improvement, ASQA has reviewed the suite of General Directions and determined that they be integrated as part of our guidance materials for providers going forward.

Training providers and course owners will soon receive an invitation to participate in our 2022 Provider and Course Owner Survey. The email invitation will come from ORIMA Research, which is conducting the survey independently on our behalf. 

ASQA continues to support training providers across NSW and Queensland facing challenges following the recent floods.

ASQA recognises that many providers and students continue to be affected by the catastrophic flooding in New South Wales and Queensland, particularly where training premises and workplaces have been damaged or lost and are inaccessible to staff and students.
