The 2014-2016 MOU signifies a continued commitment to this collaboration and co-operation between the two agencies.

From today RTOs and course owners in New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory, and some RTOs in Victoria and Western Australia, will be regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority.

ASQA's functions include registering training providers as registered training organisations (RTOs).
