Provider toolkit available to assist with helping international students learn about their workplace rights

The Department of Education has developed a suite of resources to help international students learn about their workplace rights while studying in Australia. Alongside this, a toolkit has also been developed for education providers to support international students.
The education provider toolkit is free to download and includes a best practice model, self-assessment tool and workbook to help identify what best practice means for each institution.
Providers are encouraged to use the provider toolkit to support their international students in the workforce.
