Customised Training Pty Ltd (RTO code 21613) was placed into liquidation on 8 July 2019.

Rogers Reidy (International) Pty Ltd are the appointed liquidators.

Students seeking a copy of their student records are advised of the following:

• Results of studies completed after January 2015 may be available on the USI transcript service. Please visit www.usi.gov.au to check your USI transcript.
• For studies completed prior to January 2015, or if information is missing from your USI transcript, applications can be made directly to ASQA for a letter (not a certificate) that confirms the competencies you have achieved.

Students are encouraged to collate evidence such as records of completed training, marked and unmarked assessment items. These documents can be used as part of a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process with a new provider.
