Extended transition period: CPC31511 Certificate III in Formwork/Falsework

ASQA is empowered to approve transition periods longer than those detailed in Clause 1.26(a) of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015. ASQA will only consider applications for a longer transition period where it can be demonstrated that there would be genuine disadvantage to a cohort of learners if such an extension was not approved.

ASQA has approved an extended transition period for the qualification listed below.

Qualification

CPC31511 Certificate III in Formwork/Falsework

Existing transition periods

  • Standard 12-month transition period from 26 November 2020 to 26 November 2021.
  • Multiple extended transition periods from 26 November 2021 until 31 December 2024.

Extended transition conditions

  • The enrol-by-date for new enrolments has been extended until 30 June 2026.
  • Students enrolled in this qualification by 30 June 2026 must complete training and assessment and be issued AQF certification documentation, in a timely manner.
  • If it is not possible to complete students in a timely manner, they should be transferred into the replacement training product.
  • The extended transition period applies to all RTOs with this qualification on scope.
