Submit your ESOS application
Before you submit your application it needs to be complete – you must have all the required information, including the submission evidence.
Submit and track your application
You can submit and track your application using our online asqanet portal.
First-time users need to create an asqanet account.
Complete the ‘Application for ESOS registration’ on the asqanet portal and upload your supporting documents.
You can't make any changes after you submit your application.

Fees
You need to pay a lodgement fee and an assessment fee to apply to become an ESOS provider.
ESOS fees and charges are in addition to any applicable RTO fees and charges.
Lodgement fee: $500 | You will receive a lodgement fee invoice as soon as you submit your application. |

You will receive an assessment fee invoice when we have confirmed your application is complete. This needs to be paid before your application is assessed. |
The total amount (including both fees) you will pay is capped at $50,000 per application.

For the purpose of calculating ESOS fees, non-award ELICOS programs are considered qualifications.
Annual ESOS registration charge
If you are approved for ESOS registration, you will need to pay an annual registration fee.
You will also need to pay any Department of Education fees and charges.
Fees and charges relief
ASQA is waiving some fees and charges for ESOS providers that deliver only ELICOS courses until 31 December 2022.
