Council of International Students Australia (CISA)
The Council of International Students Australia (CISA) is the national peak student representative body for international students studying at the postgraduate, undergraduate, private college, technical and further education (TAFE), English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS) and foundation level.
International Education leads strategic policy, regulation and government-to-government engagement in the international education sector.
Overseas Students Ombudsman
The Overseas Students Ombudsman investigates complaints about problems that overseas students have with private education and training in Australia.
Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS)
The register provides a search engine for education institutions that have been approved to offer courses to overseas students and courses that have been approved to be offered to overseas students.

Study Assist provides information to students about Australian Government assistance education at recognised VET providers.
NOTE: VET Student Loans commenced on 1 January 2017, replacing the VET FEE-HELP scheme, which ceased for new students on 31 December 2016.
If you have accessed a VET FEE-HELP loan prior to 31 December 2016, and will be continuing your studies after 1 January 2017, you will not be automatically transferred to the new VET Student Loans program. You will need to ‘opt-in’ to keep access to VET FEE-HELP loan for your course.
