- The RTO must for the period of its current registration, retain and provide to ASQA within fourteen (14) days upon request, copies of their:
- policies and procedures/processes used to ensure it only uses trainers/assessors that meet the requirements of the Standards for RTOs to provide training and assessment (Clauses 1.13. 1.14 and 1.16)
- trainer files for all trainers/assessors engaged by the organisation in the previous 12 months, to verify that each trainer/assessor meets the requirements of the Standards for RTOs (Clauses 1.13 to 1.20).
