On 10/07/12 the Commissioner decided to reject its application to renew its registration effective from 10 August 2012. ASQA decided to impose, under the NVR Act s 29(1), the following conditions on the RTO’s registration effectively from 10/07/12:
- The RTO must not accept any further enrolments
- The RTO must not collect fees for training or assessment services to be provided beyond the date of effect of the decision, and
- The RTO must refund all fees collected for training or assessment services that were to be provided beyond the date of effect of the decision.
