Important Information for Students and those considering enrolling in a VET course offered by Blue Visions Management Pty Ltd
On 3 September 2019, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) issued a notice to cancel the VET registration of Blue Visions Pty Ltd.
Blue Visions Pty Ltd has applied to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to review ASQA's decision and to have it set aside.
The Tribunal has granted a stay pending final determination. This means that all training will continue as usual and there will be no change to our existing study programs. If Blue Visions Management Pty Ltd is successful in the review, its registration will continue. If not, it will cease operating as a registered training organisation.
This information is provided so that students and prospective students can make fully informed choices about their education options. We are confident that all allegations raised by ASQA will be resolved shortly.
