Following reconsideration of ASQA's cancellation and suspension decisions, the following condition is imposed, under s 29 of the NVR Act, on the RTO's registration:
- The Provider must securely retain and present to ASQA on request, all completed student assessment records (including any remedial or gap assessment) for all VET students for all VET courses for two (2) years. This condition applies for the duration of the Provider’s period of registration.
