Following AAT review of ASQA's decision to reject the RTO's application for renewal of registration as an RTO, the following condition is imposed on the RTO's registration under s 29 of the NVR Act for its entire registration period:
- the applicant's number of enrolled, commenced and studying students from the date of commencement of this condition must not exceed:
- 250 students within 6 months of commencement of this condition;
- 350 students within 12 months of commencement of this condition;
- 450 students within 24 months of commencement of this condition;
- 550 students within 36 months of commencement of this condition.
