Quality indicator summary reports are due by 30 June 2026. These summaries must be drawn from responses to the published questionnaires as completed by students and employers over the 2025 calendar year:
The summary must also include survey response rates, the trends you identified in these surveys and the actions you took in response to them.

Reporting this data is a legislative requirement under the Data Provision Requirements 2020.
The following providers are exempt from reporting quality indicator data for the 2025 calendar year:
- if your RTO was granted initial registration by ASQA or another registering body after 30 June 2025.
- if your RTO did not provide any nationally recognised training or assessment services in the previous calendar year and submitted a ‘Nil return’ in the data collection for the Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard (AVETMISS) earlier this year.
