Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan image

Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan 2023-2025 (RAP) was released in April 2023. The RAP provides a structured, nationally recognised model that formalises our commitment to reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians.

The RAP outlines our vision for reconciliation, enables our organisation to make valuable contributions to reconciliation in Australia, and to foster a workforce that better reflects the diversity of the Australian community.

The unique artwork in our RAP was designed by De Greer-Yindimincarlie, a Wiradjuri woman from central western New South Wales and the owner of Yindi Artz - Authentic Aboriginal Creations

Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Working Group

Our RAP Working Group are developing a new Innovate RAP 2026–2028 to build on our reconciliation journey together. This is an opportunity to strengthen our understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s cultures, history and diversity.

The Working Group are instrumental in shaping this plan, guiding its implementation and delivering actions.
