If you raise concerns outside of ASQA's regulatory responsibility, we will share information with other relevant government agencies for further potential investigation.
If there is an immediate personal threat or an individual has been a victim of harm you should first contact the police. You may then follow this process to raise a report with ASQA.

How ASQA uses feedback
Poor quality training can affect students, industry, and the community. Feedback and complaints contribute to our ability to identify risks to quality in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. This kind of information also helps us to continually improve our own performance as the national VET regulator.
