ASQA’s revised Regulatory Assessment and Monitoring Approach explains how we undertake risk-based regulation to support quality outcomes for students and ensure the integrity of vocational education and training (VET).
ASQA’s revised approach includes:
- a wider range of regulatory activities
- a 4-category approach to performance assessments
- tiered pathways for compliance resolution
- other targeted activities such as site visits, specialised financial viability assessments and independent student assessment validation activities.
