As part of our role, we help students understand their rights. For example, we can:
- show you how to choose a course and provider
- explain student and provider obligations.
However, we can’t recommend courses or providers. We also can’t resolve provider disputes. If we can’t help, we can direct you to relevant services that can assist with:
- provider disputes
- visas and accommodation for overseas students
- construction induction cards (‘white cards’)
- financial advice.
