The Commissioners' decided to:
i. amend, under the NVR Act s 36(2)(d) the RTO's registration to remove the following part of the RTO's scope of registration (or impose a sanction of lesser severity):
a. SIB20110 Certificate II in Retail Make-Up and Skin Care;
b. SHB20116 Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics;
c. SHB30115 Certificate III in Beauty Services;
d. SHB40115 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy;
e. SIH20111 Certificate II in Hairdressing;
f. SIH30111 Certificate III in Hairdressing;
g. SIH40111 Certificate IV in Hairdressing;
h. SHB40216 Certificate IV in Hairdressing;
i. SHB50115 Diploma of Beauty Therapy;
and any new training package product that would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent to one which appears above.
