Following AAT review, the parties reached an agreement as to the terms of the Tribunal. 

The Tribunal decides that:

  1. the decision, under section 17 of the NVR Act, to reject the Applicant's application for renewal of registration to include:

is set aside, and in substitution it is decided that:

  1. the Applicant's application for renewal of registration under the NVR Act is granted;
  2. pursuant to s 17(5) of the NVR Act, the Applicant's registration is granted for a period of five (5) years from the date of these orders.
