On 23/12/2014 The Commissioner, Risk Analysis and Investigation decided to:

• 1. impose, under the NVR Act s 29(1), the following condition on the RTO’s registration:
• a. the RTO is to retain for a minimum of one year from the date of notification of this decision, in respect of each and every student:
• i. all evidence that is used in the assessment of a student’s competence including but not limited to written assessment, projects, practical tasks and other assessment tasks;
• ii. all evidence that is used in the enrolment process in assessing a student’s suitability for a qualification
