ASQA varied the decision on reconsideration to:

  • cancel, under s 39(1) of the NVR Act, the registration as an NVR registered training organisation to take effect from 9/06/13.

ASQA decided, under s 39(3) of the NVR Act, that the organisation may apply for initial registration as an NVR registered training organisation in a shorter period than 2 years after the day the cancellation takes effect.
