On 17 August 2017 the Commissioners' decided to:
i. reject, under the NVR Act s 17, the application for renewal of registration as an RTO, in full, to include:
a. BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration;
b. BSB40515 Certificate IV in Business Administration;
c. BSB50415 Diploma of Business Administration;
d. and any new training products that would be automatically added to the scope of registration because it is equivalent to one which appears above;

with effect 35 calendar days after the date the RTO is given written notice of the decision.
