On 11/11/2013 the Commissioner Compliance decided to: 

suspend, under NVR Acts s 36(2)(e) and s 38: 

part of the RTO's scope of registration for the following qualification: 

- TAE 4011 0 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. 

notify the provider that under the suspension the RTO must not: 

(a) enrol students in a VET course or part of a VET course; or 

(b) allow a VET student to begin a VET course or part of a VET course; or 

(c) publish or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course; or 

(d) cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course. 

This decision will take effect on 27 December 2013.
