- suspend, under NVR Act s 36(2)(e) and s 38 part of the RTO’s scope of registration for the following qualifications with effect from 6 February 2014:
- CPC20211 Certificate II in Construction Pathways
- ICA20111 Certificate II in Information, Digital Media and Technology
- MEM20105 Certificate II in Engineering
During the suspension, the RTO must not:
- enrol students in the above VET courses or part of the above VET courses; or
- allow a VET student to begin one of the above VET courses or part of one of the above VET courses; or
- publish or broadcast an advertisement relating to the above VET courses; or
- cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to one of the above VET courses or any part of the above VET courses.
