The AAT has stayed the decision subject to the following conditions: namely that Study Group Australia Pty Limited will: (a) not enrol, or cause to be enrolled, any new students in any VET courses on and after the date of this stay order - except as may be required under condition 4.1 of the tuition assurance exemption conditions imposed on the RTO by the Department of Education on 20 December 2017 pursuant to clause 20 of the Higher Education Support Act (Cth); (b) not make any offer for future enrolment in VET courses to any student; (c ) not conduct any advertising or marketing of any of its VET courses (including through third parties), with the exception that: (i) it is able to maintain any existing websites that are necessary for currently enrolled students to continue their VET studies; and (ii) it is able to maintain any existing websites and create new websites for any higher education and other non-VET courses, including advertising and marketing those courses.
