Following AAT review, the parties reached an agreement.

The Tribunal set aside the decision and substitutes the decision, including:

1. In accordance with the requirements of Section 17 and 18 of the NVR Act the Respondent confirms the Applicant's current registration as an NVR registered training organisation.
2. The period ending 8 May 2025 is determined for the purposes of section 17 (5) of the NVR Act for the following courses on the Applicant's Scope of Registration ('the Courses");
   1. TLI21616 Certificate II in Warehousing Operations; and
   2. TLI31616 Certificate III in Warehousing Operations.
3. The Applicant will retain for an ongoing period of 18 months, in electronic format, copies of all student completed assessment tasks for the Courses that are undertaken on and from the date of these orders (20 January 2020).
