On 22 October 2012, the Commissioner decided to:

  • suspend, under s 38(1) of the NVR Act, part of the scope of registration of RPS Energy Pty Ltd, namely BSBMGT401A and RIIBEF402A (the Courses), and
  • require, under s 38(2) of the NVR Act, that during the period of suspension RPS Energy Pty Ltd not:
    • enrol any student in either or both of the Courses;
    • allow any student to begin either or both of the Courses;
    • publish or broadcast any advertisement relating to either or both of the Courses; or
    • cause to be published or broadcast any advertisement relating to either or both of the Courses.
