On 29 November 2012, the Commissioner decided to:
• suspend all of the RTO’s scope registration under s 38(1) of the NVR Act and, under s 38(2), during the period of suspension require the RTO not to:
o enrol a student in a VET course or part of a VET course
o allow a VET student to begin a VET course or part of a VET course
o publish or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course, and
o cause to be published or broadcast an advertisement relating to a VET course or any part of a VET course.
The decision is to take effect from 16 January 2013.
