Following reconsideration of ASQA's decision to reject part of the RTO's application for renewal of registration as an RTO, the Chief Commissioner and the Commissioner, Risk Intelligence and Regulatory Support decided to vary the decision to the following:

  1. Place a condition, under section 29 of the NVR Act 2011, on the registration of Tiwi Training & Employment Pty Ltd. Specifically, Tiwi Training & Employment Pty Ltd must retain evidence of all completed student assessment items from all training products on scope for the period of its registration.
