  • suspend, under the NVR Act s 36(2)(e) and s 38 the following qualifications: 
    • CHC30208 – Certificate Ill in Aged Care 
    • CHC401 08 – Certificate IV in Aged Care; and 
  • suspend, under s 83(3)(b) of the ESOS Act, and pursuant to delegation under s 170(1) of the ESOS Act, the following qualifications: 
    • CHC30208 – Certificate Ill in Aged Care 
    • CHC40108 – Certificate IV in Aged Care
